Social Studies

Social studies is one of the five main classes that all students must take each year.  Social studies in the home-school can be fun because we are able to explore different times in history at a greater depth.  If your student is particularly interested in ancient Egypt, he or she can visit a nearby museum with an archeology exhibit.  To learn about more ways to make science come alive in the home-school, read these articles.
